Selling ourselves is not our greatest strength so we asked some past clients to review

our services and her is what they said.

Brian took time to understand my injury, surgery and previous rehabilitation before working with me to identify clear targets in terms of what I would like to achieve in our physio sessions and beyond. By understanding my work life and our family goals (we have a young child) Brian and I set off on a path to optimise the movement and stability in my ankle. I now understand how big a role your own body and mind makes in recovery, I hadn't even noticed how much my body was over compensating to protect my weaker side. I have a range of exercises I continue to use to help to help reset those and day by day, week by week I can do more and more. I can now walk for about an hour without getting swelling and on un-level ground, I couldn't do that a month ago! The individual exercises may seem like small movements/steps but with everything coming together I am starting to achieve my goals, I genuinely can't thank Brian enough for his help and support.''

''I find Brian to be an excellent masseur. I have had many long-standing health issues that have been alleviated by sports massage and I have used Brian for several years now. My most recent issue was a torn glute that had had several different courses of physio but had not fixed the issue, however my recovery only real began after a massage with Brian. I like that he listens to you and treats you accordingly. I am continuing to use him on an ongoing basis.''

''First saw Brian shortly after serious skiing accident ( broken pelvis and shoulder). I found the sessions with him extremely useful. He gave me reassurance and confidence and the exercises he suggested were at all times appropriate to the stages of my recovery.''

''Brian was brilliant and understood my end goals from the first session of Rehab following my ACL Surgery. He developed the exercises each session to help improve balance, co-ordination and strength. I left feeling confident in what I was shown, along with some video links should I forget. Brian was very good and took the time to go through specific parts of an exercise that focused on the muscle / part of the body I was trying to strengthen and I can't recommend his assistance enough.''

"Brian identified my issue quickly and efficiently and then supported my recovery of motion and pain through progressively advancing exercises allowing me to resume usual activities in a matter of weeks but also allowing me to pull back and rehabilitate myself when I have done too much. I continue to improve and am back to doing sport that I enjoy."

''I was convinced arthritis had ruined my knees...''

I was having difficulty walking with a very painful knee. This knee had been bothering me for months initially with pain on walking down stairs then it was painful whenever I walked at all. Brian examined my knee and leg and told me I had nothing wrong with my knee, but that my calf muscles and my adductor muscle were in a state of spasm. He gave me deep massage and exercises to do on my first visit. The muscle wasn't happy with the massage treatment at first but it worked a trick and the muscles were much improved within a day or two. My second and third visits required much less massage and I was given further exercises to work my calves and adductors. By the third visit I was walking with no difficulty at all, and able to walk on rough ground without a second thought.

I was convinced arthritis had ruined my knee and I am so pleased that I can walk normally. I have added a photo of me standing on my sore leg, and there is no way I could have done that before I started seeing Brian. I wasn't even able to just shift my weight there for a second before then.
